1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 701pub website (https://701pub.cam) and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and not register for an account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be a resident of the Philippines or located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You must not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be subject to any legal incapacity or limitation that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming self-exclusion that remains in effect.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 701pub or any of its affiliated gaming operators.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To use the Platform, you must register a personal user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, residential address, and creating a secure password. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain only one (1) account per individual. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any third party.
• Notify 701pub immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

701pub reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, false information, or violation of these Terms.

3. Account Verification and Security

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

701pub is required by law and industry best practices to verify the identity of all users. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, you may be required to submit the following documents before you can make withdrawals from your account:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or other valid government ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or photo of GCash/PayMaya account, bank account statement, or credit/debit card with CVV obscured)
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document for identity confirmation

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username/email and password). You agree to immediately notify 701pub of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 701pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

To enhance account security, we strongly recommend that you: (a) use a strong, unique password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters; (b) enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS when available; (c) never share your password with anyone; (d) log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices; (e) use secure internet connections and avoid logging in via public Wi-Fi networks.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposit Methods and Policies

701pub accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other methods as may be made available from time to time. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name matching your 701pub account registration information. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day to promote responsible gaming. Deposit funds typically appear in your 701pub account balance instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method and processing bank.

701pub does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, bank, etc.) may charge transaction or convenience fees. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Policies

You may withdraw funds from your 701pub account to the same payment method used for deposit, provided your account is verified and in good standing. Minimum withdrawal amount is typically ₱500. Maximum withdrawal amounts may be subject to limits based on your account verification level, transaction history, and security considerations.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 hours for verified accounts. Actual receipt of funds may take additional time depending on your payment provider's processing schedule. First-time withdrawals require account verification and may take up to 72 hours to process while we review your documentation.

701pub reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where fraud or money laundering is suspected. We also reserve the right to reverse or void any withdrawal that violates these Terms or applicable bonus terms and conditions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

701pub complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We maintain strict procedures to detect and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial activities. As part of our AML compliance:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 701pub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, game designs, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of 701pub or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without express written permission from 701pub.

The 701pub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 701pub or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 701PUB AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, "701PUB PARTIES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF 701PUB PARTIES TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED TO YOUR 701PUB ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. 701PUB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 701pub is not responsible for any losses you incur while gaming on the Platform. You agree to game responsibly and within your means.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

701pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Platform, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms or any applicable bonus terms; (b) provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during registration or verification; (c) creation or use of multiple accounts; (d) engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (e) failure to complete account verification within requested timeframes; (f) suspicious or unusual betting patterns; (g) use of the Platform by persons prohibited from gaming under applicable law; (h) failure to respond to our inquiries or requests for information.

Upon termination of your account for cause (i.e., due to violation of these Terms), 701pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance, void all pending bets, and withhold any winnings. If your account is terminated without cause by 701pub, any remaining verified account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, minus any applicable bonus amounts and wagering requirements not yet met.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. In the event of voluntary account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance before closure. 701pub will process account closure requests within 48 hours. You may also request temporary or permanent self-exclusion as described in our Responsible Gaming Policy.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law.

In the event of any dispute regarding your account, transactions, game outcomes, or any other matter related to your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact 701pub customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving such disputes shall be the appropriate courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 701pub reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce provisions of these Terms.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by 701pub of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by 701pub to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. 701pub may assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, without your consent.

12.5 Force Majeure

701pub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
